Licenses for our digital tools (A-CAM, Collage Machine) are provided as digital downloads. Due to the immediate delivery and nature of digital software, all sales are generally final once the digital goods have been accessed or the license activated.
IMPORTANT: In accordance with UK and EU consumer law, by purchasing and accessing our digital tools, you provide your express consent to begin the performance of the digital service immediately. You acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the digital assets are accessed or the license key is activated.
If you experience technical issues that prevent the software from functioning as described, we are committed to resolving them. Please contact stephen@in-no-v8.com for technical support. Refunds may be considered at our discretion if technical issues cannot be resolved.
Our order process is conducted by our authorized online reseller and Merchant of Record. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns for our digital tool subscriptions.
